Ingredients
• 250g punnet strawberries, hulled
• 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut cream (replace with carnation evaporated skim coconut milk)
• 250ml vanilla ice cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups (500ml) milk (use low fat milk)

 

Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth and well combined. Pour into 6 plastic cups or sterilised old-fashioned milk bottles and serve with straws.
