There are two goals of these meetings:  Accountability and motivation to create change and reach your personal goal weight.

The Lap Band support group meetings are now online. This will help you overcome issues of finding a bay sitter, taking time off work and distance if you too far away.  These  meetings will be run on the third Tuesday of every month night 7pm to 7.45pm.  Dates can be seen within the calender  where you can also book into.
